Shipping policy

Hand painted and engraved items could take up to 14 business days to ship upon receiving your order.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number, Typical delivery time once shipped is 2-5 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed unless you upgrade to Express Mail. Priority Mail and Express Mail upgrades are available at checkout.

Regardless of shipping speed a tracking number is sent once the package has shipped so you can be awaiting its arrival.

For items damaged during shipping:

As advised by UPS/USPS, if we can get pictures of the following, it would be greatly appreciated!

- a picture of the damaged item inside the box displayed as it arrived to you

- a picture of the packaging material

- a picture of the damaged item outside of the box

- a close up picture of the label with the tracking number

- a photo displaying the top and 2 sides

- a photo displaying the bottom and opposite sides
