1: Select which style you would like

2: Enter child’s name and wording preference for bottom of frame (Happy Easter Love, (Child’s Name) Easter 2024, Easter 2024 Love, (Child’s Name) in notes section at checkout and any other changes to wording at the bottom.

3. if you would like a different color for the bunny/ bunny ears, such as light blue, please notate in notes section at checkout.

⋅ Can you change the font? Absolutely! I’m happy to explore other font options with you! Please send me a message, and I’ll send over alternate designs for your approval before purchasing.

⋅ Do you have any other colors? I can show you other optional colors if you’re not in a hurry to receive it. (This may add a few more days to the production time.) Please send me a message before purchasing if you’re interested in a custom color option.

Please allow 3-5 business days to make your item before shipping.  If you're in a pinch, please send a message before purchasing.

All orders are shipped USPS with a tracking number. Typical delivery time once shipped is 2-5 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed unless you upgrade to Express mail. Priority Mail and Express Mail upgrades are available at checkout in the drop down box.

See the shop announcement on the front page for current processing times. Orders typically take 7-10 days to create depending on the item it may take less and will be made in the order they are received. Certain times of year this may change.

Regardless of shipping speed a tracking number is sent once the package has shipped so you can be awaiting its arrival.

Due to the custom nature of the items we create, our items are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with any physical item you purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue.

We do our best to deliver quality products to our customers.

If you need to cancel your order, it must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you will be given store credit only. We begin working on items right away, either placing product orders or designing your item. After the first 24 hours, we have more than likely already begun working on your order and materials have been used or purchased. Thank you for your understanding!
