All orders are shipped USPS with a tracking number. Typical delivery time once shipped is 2-5 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed unless you upgrade to Express mail. Priority Mail and Express Mail upgrades are available at checkout in the drop down box.

See the shop announcement on the front page for current processing times. For handmade items, orders typically take 7-10 days to create and will be made in the order they are received. In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of order processing. Certain times of year this may change. 

Regardless of shipping speed a tracking number is sent once the package has shipped so you can be awaiting its arrival.

🐝Refund Policy🐝

Due to the custom nature of the items we create, our handmade wooden items are non-refundable.

Our clothing items may be returned within 10 calendar days as long as the tags are not removed and the item(s) have not been worn. Items must be returned in new condition with stains, damage, or foul smells. Shipping is not included in the refund. 

If you are unhappy with any physical item you purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue. Please email us if you have an issue with your order at thelazybeedesignshop@gmail.com. We do our best to deliver quality products to our customers.

If you need to cancel your order, it must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you will be given store credit only. We begin working on items right away, either placing product orders or designing your item. After the first 24 hours, we have more than likely already begun working on your order and materials have been used or purchased. Thank you for your understanding!
