All orders are shipped USPS with a tracking number. Typical delivery time once shipped is 2-5 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed unless you upgrade to Express mail. Priority Mail and Express Mail upgrades are available at checkout in the drop down box.

See the shop announcement on the front page for current processing times. Orders typically take 7-10 days to create depending on the item it may take less and will be made in the order they are received. Certain times of year this may change.

Regardless of shipping speed a tracking number is sent once the package has shipped so you can be awaiting its arrival.

Due to the custom nature of the items we create, our items are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with any physical item you purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue. Please email us if you have an issue with your order at thelazybeedesignshop@gmail.com. We do our best to deliver quality products to our customers.

If you need to cancel your order, it must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you will be given store credit only. We begin working on items right away, either placing product orders or designing your item. After the first 24 hours, we have more than likely already begun working on your order and materials have been used or purchased. Thank you for your understanding!
